Hey Guys!! Wanted to help shed some light on how the single release works in the US and give you a full list of cities, stations, and phone numbers you can call to request "Tonight" now that it has been released to all stations. I also decided to answer Debbie's question about how the release works here so that you all have a chance to see it along with the list of Adult Top 40 stations. Thank you so much for all your support so far with the beginning steps of the release.....can't wait for this song to really take off! All the love, Alex Is it really effective to call and email the radio stations to get the song played? YES, absolutely! That is pretty much the only way stations to continue to play songs or to play them more. I will provide the list at the bottom of this post. Also, now that we have the video - How does it get added to VH1 for consideration in their Top 20 countdown. If you can let us know when it is sent there we can start requesting it. I can't wait to see it on TV! Many fans are also asking if it will be available for purchase someplace like iTunes? The video should be available for purchase on iTunes any day now. It also has been serviced to thousands of retail outlets across the country such as: Foot Locker, Kohls, Guess, American Eagle, etc. Video TV channels such as VH1 and Fuse wont start playing the video until the song is top 20 at radio. So, right now it is all about concentrating on radio until we get where we need to be to start attacking the video channels. In it's first week to radio last week, "Tonight" jumped almost 40 spots to number 62! So with all of your help, it shouldn't take too long to get to where we need to be. We can do it!! |
